I like to take the time to do Hourly Comics Day. It's a nice little time capsule of a day in that year. I tried to challenge myself by not just captioning things and leaving moments and dialog to drive it. It was a pretty busy day so it was difficult to keep up with it, but by God I did. It's not pretty, but they're not supposed to be.
i missed my chance; i had to rep Seattle for the superb owl this year but i love seeing folks' hourlies.
...actually while we're at it, what's pie programming?
There's always next time! Or doing another day. The community aspect is fun but always could set a day to do it. I honestly forgot about the superbowl until someone mentioned it lmao.
PIE is Pittsburgh Indie Expo! I'm helping out with organizing. It's a small press show like Staple.
for some reason i thought "pie programming" was like changing how your taste buds perceive pies or something and i was about to go down a weird wiki hole
that mostly reminds me i oughta start trying to apply some of the local flea markets up here in the PNW

DEFFFF!!!! I often do RCCC in Portland, but I'm taking a break since I went to Portland twice last year lol. There's so much good stuff over there.
